We want you to be completely satisfied with your Veiln purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Include photos of the item and any defects
3. Receive a return shipping label
4. Ship the item back at no cost to you

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
